Do Sorel Boots Stretch. I have worn these snow boots to the grocery store and to run other quick errands and found that they were comfortable for these short trips. Ive been wanting a pair of Sorel Joan of Arctic boots for a while but didnt like the lace up so when I saw the Lea boot with no laces I jumped on it. Push the bags into the area you want to stretch. Perfect for living where I do and getting out with the dog.
So far has worn them in slight snow and slight rain was dry and warm. Bring thick socks as well since most boots are designed to be worn with them One more important point. However with the Out N About boots I needed a 9 which is a half size up from my usual boot size. I have a pair of insulated Sorel Sorelli Tall Boots that are better suited for the snow and very cold weather. If you want to stretch the toe tilt the boot forward and gently push the bag as far as it will go.
Compared Sorel boots 39 to my other boots in size 38 sole was same length so I do recommendto take one size up.
Decided to get these as a slightly smarter pair of boots but something that would be quality comfort and importantly - waterproof. The boots are rated to -40C - not expecting to test them to that limit but certainly use them in well below freezing conditions later this winter. I bought a pair of Sorel Emilie lace up boots a couple of years ago and love them - have worn them so much. Put each bag of water into one of the boots. Shoes and boots can be warmed up to relax the leather a conditioner can be applied and the wearer can put a stretcher into the shoe or boot until the moment they put them on their feet. A lot of Sorel boots have a removable EVA insole or footbed.
